No Return Policy

• All products once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear images of the product

After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or incorrect products
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
